Here are the required elements in your application sheet. Add WIP in brackets next to the name of your character if your sheet is not completed. Only fully completed sheets will be reviewed.
-YOUR CHARACTER'S FULL NAME: Skyler White
-YOUR CHARACTER'S AGE: 41
-YOUR CHARACTER'S CURRENT EMPLOYMENT SITUATION: Writer; Bookkeeper, Beneke Fabricators; A1A Car Wash Manager
-YOUR CHARACTER'S MAIN ASSETS: Protector of her family; Bookkeeper; Comes up with a good cover story at the drop of a hat; Keeping her husband grounded as to what he really does for a living.
-YOUR CHARACTER'S MAIN FLAWS: She slept with her boss; She keeps her kids from their father;
-AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR CHARACTER'S CURRENT SITUATION:
Skyler is the manager of the A1A car wash in which she and her husband Walt own. She is trying to launder the money that Walt has made over the course of the last year and a half. It will be impossible for her to do even over the course of her lifetime or the children's. She and Walt have just discussed purchasing a second car wash to help launder more of the money that they have.
Her brother-in-law has told her now that he's discovered that her husband is Heisenberg, though she has noticed he only has conjecture at this point. No solid evidence. So all she can do is attempt to keep up the appearence that nothing had ever happened, and Walt is not a Meth dealer/manufactuer. She has lost Marie and Hank as her family. Marie has already attempted to take Holly and is now attempting to trick Junior into coming over to their house to keeping him there.
-AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR CHARACTER'S PAST
Skyler began more along the lines most likely one would say more naive once she found out her husband Walter "smoked pot." and that Jesse Pinkman a former student of his was his drug dealer. Of course while Walt was determined not to go through Chemotherapy, she convinced him to have it for the family. "Don't you want to see Holly grow up?" If there is one person who is determined to keep the family together and safe at the same time, it's Skyler.
When it comes to her kleptomaniac sister Marie played a part in opening her eyes to the imperfectness of her own life.
-A ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
As Skyler sat on the couch watching out the window, she waited to see that Walt was parked outside on the driveway. Why was he here? She thought to herself. She had kicked him out and yet he kept coming back. He said it was because of the kids. And they were a 'family.' Skyler didn't did not consider them a family any longer. He had a condo, he lived in it. But Jr. didn't like it. Of course he didn't. He blamed mom and she was the horrible bitch that got rid of Dad. They couldn't tell him that Walt was a drug dealer now could they? No.
Sitting in his car for over an hour finally he got hour. Sky got up to tell him to get back in his car and go home, but no, he felt as though he still resided at the house and just walked in. "Walt get out. Jr. is going to be home soon and I don't want him thinking you've come home. It's not fair to him or Holly. Or me for that matter." At that moment their son walked in and there they were bonding. Talking about staying for dinner. Walt spoke about how he had ordered pizza and it should be be here in the next 10 minutes. "Walt shouldn't you be getting home? You have work in the morning." Of course Jr. protested much more than she had anticipated. There went her husband. Picking up their child. Putting on the fatherly show.
God why couldn't he just get out of her house? She wanted him away from the children. When was his cancer going to come back and kill him? Then they would be out of this mess. All through dinner the two of them talked about Walt moving back in. The ringing in her ears was an annoyance but it kept her from hearing the conversation. Until Jr. asked when his father was going to come home. "He's not coming home, Jr. We have no plans on him coming home at all. Right, Walt?"
