Hi guys! In character, I play Marie Schrader- but out of character, I am Niko. I'm 24 and a pet store assistant manager with a degree in English. I'm excited to play with you all, and to get to know you better!

Hey Niko, I'm Skyler, your sister IC... obviously. But OOC, I'm Desi. I'm 42. I wish I had finished my degree in Journalism with a minor in English. Right now, I am disabled so I am at home all the time.

Howdy Nik, and welcome to the board!
Since it does look like we're all doing nifty little intros I'll go on ahead too. I go by the name Noch (most people around know me as Noch or simply call me Marryah), I'm also 24, and working a couple different jobs in the music biz at the mo (rock & metal DJ/journalist/rock & metal critic/record label co-owner). I'm a music junkie - I'm also learning the ropes of guitarplaying slowly but surely.
I need the outlet of writing my ass off - and now BrBa's giving me the chance to work on a multi-layered and awesome character. Quite excited about how things will shape up on this board. It's good to be here.

That's awesome Noch. I love that. Learning the guitar is a great thing. My nephew plays really well. And writing is fantastic. I'm so glad to see the amount of people we are getting everyday looking at the board. That is exciting.

Yeah I'm learning self-taught from the Troy Stetina book series (I'm currently going through Metal Lead Guitar Primer and Metal Rhythm Guitar Vol. 1 in tandem - I'd advise those books to any beginning rock and metal guitar hopeful, they're very simple and thorough, Troy is a great teacher). I try and structure practice around a few different techniques and some songs. So far so good, it's easy to sometimes want to stow it aside from the moment a technique gets too overwhelmingly tough to apply, but it's worth sticking with it when progress starts getting obvious. I couldn't live without music tbh.
I'm also stoked to see more and more people are coming 'round and looking at the forum - largely thanks to your publicity around RPG-D etc. and it's good to see peeps on FB are starting to respond when I post about it too. It helps a ton that us three work on great posts - I'm thinking the fact that it's an enjoyable read for guests will def play a role in their signing up. Fingers crossed.
